Workstand_Clamp
Workstand Clamp can be rotated in three positions only. The male insert has three slots that accept the set screw. Guess you have to be really careful not to crush tubes. Jaw padding needs to be replaced.

ELDI, the brand is ELDI. They were a maker of bicycle tools in Germany, from way back. Reportededly out of business now. I have a nice ELDI pedal wrench purchased from Rivendell.
