A rare sight! Picture shows a professional racer using the long-levered Campagnolo cambio Corsa shifter! Unidentified rider, unidentified event, but I think it's Mario Fazio at the 1948 Tour de France, with a mechanic examining the long-levered version of the Cambio Corsa.
