Serotta custom cyclocross

Custom-made in September 1991 as one of two frames for the Cycleshark-Serotta-Team from Zurich. Original colour was white, the frame has been raced in the ‘91/’92 season by Urs Thoma. In 1992 he switched to the Cilo-Team, where the frame got it’s now visible “screaming” paintjob. But soon Urs concentrated more on MTB-races. In 1994 he became Swiss DH champion.
I got the bike without decals and I’ve been told that it was also raced like this (somewhere I should have a picture of an unlabelled Cilo-coloured bike at the Worldchamps) . Urs also told me that the bike was “a little too long” for his taste. To me, it suits perfectly. This is my most often used 700c bicycle, so some parts are newer…
