The Alameda Scorchers will enter three men for the Santa Cruz races - Wheaton, Ireland and Brown.

The Alameda Scorchers were recently organized, with the following charter members: Charles Wheatson, James Tyson, the Haslett brothers, A. M. Brown and A. S. Irelan. The officers are: Percy Haslett, president and captain; Al Brown, secretary and treasurer: A. S. Irelan, lieutenant. They expect to have their new uniforms out by the 1st prox., and intend to participate in the Santa Cruz meet as a club.

The principal bicycle clubs of San Francisco, Oakland, and vicinity recently organized the California Team Interclub Road Racing Association. The clubs in the association are the Ariel Club of Oakland, the Outing Cycle Club of San Francisco, the Garden City Club of San Jose, the Alameda Scorchers of Alameda, the Bay City Wheelmen of San Francisco, and the Oak Leaf Club of Stockton.
