The Diana Cycling Club has been organized at the West End with a membership roll limited to twenty. Mr. Frank was elected president, E. Owens secretary, C. L. Buslach treasurer and E. Evans captain. The club will hold its first run to Haywards on Sunday.

The Diana Cycling Club of the West End has adopted a uniform, consisting of a white sweater with an arrow neatly knitted on the breast, gray pantaloons, black stockings and a gray cap. The limit of membership, twenty, has been reached.
