The Golden Gate Cycling Club is the latest addition to the clubs of this city. At a meeting held at the Golden Gate's headquarters, 228 Thirteenth street, last evening the following officers were elected: W. Fenstermacher, president ; E. Dwyer, vice-president: A. G. Maass, recording and financial secretary; A. Holler, treasurer; R. Siebe, sergeant-at-arms; Joseph Quadt, captain. The club will soon meet again to arrange for uniforms and club runs.

The Golden Gate Cycling Club met and organized on January 18th, electing the following officers: President, W. Fenstermacher; vice-president E. Dwyer; secretary, A. G. Maas; treasurer, A. Holler; sergeant-at-arms, R. Siebe, and captain, Joseph Quadt.

The Golden Gate Cycling Club recently adopted a uniform consisting of black bloomers, coat and cap, and white sweater. The club colors are lavender and yellow. Their captain contemplates a run to Camp Taylor as soon as the roada are in good shape.

Captain James Quadt of the Golden Gate Cycling Club has ordered his men out next Sunday for a spin to Haywards. The riders will probably appear in their new uniforms, which consist of dark navy-blue jackets and white sweaters and caps. The emblem of the club is a winged shield. Quite a number of the members are in training for race meets which will be held this summer.

The Golden Gate Cycling Club will have a run to San Mateo to-morrow under Lieutenant Quadt. Messrs. Heino, Allen and Lewis have been elected to membership. Captain Maass will ride to San Jose and return to-morrow.
