Wheeling.

The Columbia-square Wheelmen have organized with the following officers: President, E. C. Richter; Vice-President, William B. Wegener; Secretary of Treasury. A. G. Russ Jr.; Road Officers - Captain, Robert R. Russ; First Lieutenant, M. D. Garratt; First Bugler, H. A. Wegener; Second Bugler, A. G. Russ Jr.

The success of the club is assured by the fact that it organized with twenty-four charter members. It is intent on placing some of its racing men on the track to compete in the Olympic Club races in May.

The new clubrooms of the organization are a marvel of neatness.

At a meeting held a few evenings ago at the San Francisco Bicycle Club, Captain Houseworth of the Committee of Arrangements for the league meet reported that no action had been taken, on account of the various subcommittees failing to report.

The San Franciscos will get a new clubhouse shortly.

A number of the wheelers rode out to the Cliff House yesterday for breakfast.

Captain Houseworth states that the San Franciscos will have a club run to Petaluma on Sunday, the 22d. The morning boat for San Rafael will be taken, and from there to Petaluma and return the distance will be traveled on wheel.
