The picnic of the Liberty Cycling Club will be held May 26th at a place to be named later. The club is going in on an ambitious scale, having a programme of races, games and dancing. The various' cycling clubs will be invited. Captain Charles Meyer starts to-day for a ride to Santa Cruz, and in his absence Lieutenant W. J. Irelan will have charge of the members on a century run to San Jose and return to-morrow.
